One of the old parishes of Carrion. The church has a Latin base and only one nave. It was built in brick and completely renovated in the s. XVI and XVII centuries. It has a façade from the late S.XVI with two coats of arms and a niche with the wood carving of Saint Julian on a pedestal where you can read: “ANGEL DE BERRIO S. JULIAN SPONSOR”. Inside the church we find the best set of baroque altarpieces in Carrión, as well as the sculpture of San Zoilo that is taken in procession during the patron saint’s day. The ancient image of San Zoilo is currently in the church of Santa María.
